If you submit an enquiry, we receive the name, email address, organisation, enquiry topic and message you provide. Our hosting and form service provider may also process technical information needed to deliver the website and protect the form from spam.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to review your request, respond to you and, if relevant, discuss a potential professional engagement. We do not add enquiry senders to an advertising mailing list or sell their contact details.

Website services

The website is hosted on Netlify, which also processes and stores submissions made through the contact form. This may involve processing in locations outside the visitor's country. The site currently has no advertising pixels or separate marketing analytics configured.

Retention and your choices

We retain enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the correspondence and potential business relationship, subject to applicable legal obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information through the contact form or by replying to our correspondence. Your rights depend on the applicable laws.

Before sharing information

Please do not submit passwords, bank information, health information, confidential client records or other sensitive data through the contact form. Where an engagement requires confidential business information, appropriate contractual and data-handling arrangements should be agreed separately.
